Thoroughbred trainer Doug O’Neill has been handed a conditional 45-day suspension and a $15,000 fine as the result of a horse in his care racing in 2010 with an elevated level of total carbon dioxide.

The wind on Saturday made for a dusty day, but a good group of horses toughed out the weather. The Western judge was Rosalee Livorsi-Escobar and the English Judge was Heather Corfee. These shows are CSHA Region 3 and PAC approved.
