A couple things when entering on-line.  Go to “Pay On Line”.   Scroll down and you will find four choices:

·       Oct. 12th Poker Ride

·       Oct. 13th Open Competitive Judged Trail Ride

·        Tack Swap Booths (which will be held Nov. 10th)

·       Membership (you do not need to be a member to participate in our events . . . but you do need to be a member to camp out overnight)

Under POKER RIDE you will find many options:  click on one of the package deals and get everything all at one time . . . or click on “poker ride and one poker hand only” and if desired, add anything individually after that:  lunch only, T-Shirt only, hooded sweatshirt only.  AS A NOTE:  THE PACKAGE DEAL IS PRICED TO SAVE YOU MONEY.

You can sign up multiple people while you are on this screen and/or you can also purchase one or two extra poker hands per person at $5.00 each.  You just keep adding each completed entry or each additional poker hand purchase to go into the “Shopping Bag”.  You will see the shopping cart show you how many items you have each time you add a completed entry or purchase.  It will keep a running tally. You can sign up for the poker ride, then click on the competitive ride and sign up, and if you want to sign up for a tack swap booth, you can do that to – – – everything will just continue to be added to the shopping cart and it will stay there while you navigate back to complete another entry (this includes if you are using the back arrow to get back to the main screen to pick another event to enter).  You won’t lose it.  When you are all done with everything, then you would push the button to go to checkout.  Everything can be handled with one transaction.  All of your entries, purchases, etc. will show up on the left hand side.  Please check carefully that all of the information is correct and you are signing up for what you want and/or in the right age division for the competitive ride, etc.  Make sure your extra poker hands are there if you purchased them, make sure your total is correct, etc.   If not, there is a button that says “continue shopping”.  Now hit “checkout” and then complete the billing information.

At this current time, our check out is using PayPal.  We may be also adding Four Square to the website as well, but at the moment it is still PayPal.

Don’t panic.  The button for PayPal has already been selected.  It’s okay.  If you don’t have a PayPal account or don’t want to use your PayPal account, the next screen WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF USING A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.  So hit “Pay with PayPal”.  The screen that pops up gives you the option to use a debit or credit card and you can finish from there.

SOME MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION – THIS IS REGARDING THE “TWO RIDE SPECIAL” – – – THE $10.00 DISCOUNT:

If you are entering both the poker ride and the competitive judged trail ride, there is a block to click on when you are on the competitive judged trail ride purchase area.  It’s below the “extra lunches” and above “go to checkout”.  Click on that and the $10.00 discount will be subtracted from the total that was currently showing in your shopping bag.
