INFORMATION: This a “mix” of a workshop and a play-day. In the morning we will review some groundwork exercises that will help us with communication and control. Then we will mount up and work on several unique patterns that will improve our connection and partnership with our horses though asking quietly and not “micro-manage” our horses. We then break for an awesome potluck lunch. Then…it is obstacles and games time! We will have a variety of obstacles to expose our horses to and we will have some very unique horse games that will be fun and challenging!
SPACE IS LIMITED TO FIFTEEN 915) PARTICIPANTS. No limit on Auditors.
RSVP INSTRUCTIONS: All RSVP’s and Deposits must be submitted by March 1, 2018. 1) Email us at luckystarhorsemanship@gmail.com to confirm there is space available. When we confirm spaces for you please submit a $20.00 deposit per participant via PayPal or check following the instructions we will provide.
REQUIREMENTS: Please note that you will want to have at least 20 rides on your horse and ensure that your horse is comfortable in small groups. We recommend a rope halter and 10-14 foot lead rope and a “training stick” of some kind as well. We recommend leg wraps./boots as we will have some obstacles that require you to step over them.
