Time to kick your Horsemanship journey up a notch this season with a great Horsemanship Workshop with G.S.H.C and Lucky Star Horsemanship!

WHERE: South Shingle Equestrian Arena – 5901 S. Shingle Rd. Shingle Springs, California
TIME: 9:30am we gather up. 10:30am WE START THE WORKSHOP!
SPACE IS LIMITED to TEN (10) HORSE/HUMAN TEAMS. You will need to RSVP NO LATER than Wednesday March 21, 2017 via this post! (NOTE: These Workshops fill up FAST so get your RSVP’s in!)
WORKSHOP FEE NOTE: This is a SPECIAL WORKSHOP and it is the FIRST TIME we will be using this facility. Since there is a Use/ Haul-In Fee that has to be covered the WORKSHOP FEES have to be adjusted accordingly. A SPECIAL LUNCH IS INCLUDED! You MUST PRE-REGISTER for the workshop to receive the rates below. A $5.00 “At The Door” additional charge will be applied if you do not pre-register!

INFORMATION: A new facility and a special format are the highlights of this Workshop. The FOCUS for the Workshop is COMMUNICATION and CONTROL. Whether you need to get better communication and control with your horse or if you want to take your level of respect and confidence with your horse THIS IS THE WORKSHOP FOR YOU! We will be PRIMARILY focusing on Groundwork for most of the day and then we’ll saddle up to put all the SKILLS we learned to use in an “Open Ride Coaching Session.” This is a UNIQUE Workshop is a great starting point for those that need it as well as a “next level” workshop for those who have been focused on refining and improving their control and communication! These workshop sessions are open to ALL LEVELS of horseman of all disciplines. The skills covered will help ANY horseman with almost ANY horse related activity and will build both rider and horse confidence, feel and timing.
RSVP INSTRUCTIONS: You will need to pre-register via PAYPAL by May 17, 2017. Use the firstname.lastname@example.org account. Use the SEND MONEY TO FAMILY/FRIENDS option or YOU will be responsible for any fees. Indicate YOUR LEVEL OF HORSEMANSHIP (Novice, Intermediate or Experienced) and that of YOUR HORSE. Once we receive confirmation of your reservation we will forward you a Workshop Packet which you will want to review fully. If you do not wish to use PAYPAL you will need to EMAIL us by May 15, 2017 to see I space is available and let us know you are SENDING A CHECK – but you MUST EMAIL FIRST! YOUR HORSE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING: Work safely in a small group setting on a lead line. Have at least 5 rides on it. Work safely in a round pen (if you have never round penned your horse please let us know).
YOU WILL NEED: Your horse. A halter (rope halter is suggested). A 10-14 ft. lead rope and a carriage whip. Your saddle and tack. A chair and your favorite beverage.
