EQUUS FEST is proud to partner with some of the best CLINICIANS and TRAINERS in our region who will be presenting their approaches and disciplines in the Henningsen Pavilion! You can see MARTINA BONE, SUSAN WIRGLER, ALEXIS MARTIN-VEGUE, KARYN SHIRLEY, VALERIE BAKER and others! You can even get the chance to ride with some of these amazing professionals as a Participant Rider! Equine Massage Therapist and Saddle Fitting professional TRACY ALVES will be offering up a great demonstration that will help your horse feel and perform better! You can chat with your favorite professional at the TRAINER TALK segments happening outside the area too! You will not want to miss these opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills. EXHIBITOR UPDATE: As of November 2018 ALL Premium and Banner Sponsor booth spaces have been reserved! We have a Waiting List created for those wanting a Premium Booth space. To be placed on it please contact us. We do have a few Festival Booth spaces available for reservation. There is a DEADLINE to get into the Program and reap the benefits of the Marketing Package we offer our Exhibitors. Potential Exhibitors will need to have their booth request form and payment in NO LATER than January 15, 2019. Our program goes to print then and if we do not have you on the list we cannot get you in the program or guarantee any Marketing Package benefits. To reserve your space please do not delay! ADVANCED TICKET SALES: You can get your tickets shipped to you and avoid the lines at the gait if you pre-order by February 10, 2019. Advanced ticket holders get to use the “Express Lane” to avoid the wait at the gate AND are entered into a SPECIAL DRAWING for a cool “gift bucket” filled with great stuff for you and your horse! Q: What if it rains?
A: EQUUS FEST happens RAIN OR SHINE! We have two great INDOOR buildings FILLED with Exhibitors, a great covered area with covered seating for our Clinicians and we even have a “Rain Plan” for our Festival (outdoor) Exhibitors which will give them cover and good footing! RAIN or SHINE! We got you covered.
Q: What is a Participant Rider?
A: A Participant Rider is a person who rides with and gets instruction from one (or more) of our attending Clinicians in a 60 minute “clinic style” demonstration. There is a small fee to ride with each Clinician and you must submit an application (and be approved) in order to be a Participating Rider. To get your Participating Rider Packet please email us at luckystarhorsemanship@gmail.com.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate?
A: Of course! Ticket sales at the gate are CASH ONLY! Sorry no credit cards or other payment forms can be accepted at the gate. Tickets are $10.00. Kids 12 and under are free. Remember CASH ONLY at the gate.
