A four day/ three night event that has something for just about everyone! ALL MEALS INCLUDED! Your HORSE BOARD is INCLUDED! Your HOUSING is INCLUDED! THe HUGE AMOUNT OF ACTIVITIES is INCLUDED! You can’t find a horse vacation like this, especially at this cost anywhere!

If you want to get on the WAITING LIST simply EMAIL us at 2018eqretreat@gmail.com and let us know how many spaces you think you will need. If a space or spaces come available we will contact the ENTIRE LIST at the same time via email which will instruct those interested how to get registered. We will have some great craft beers/cider in the beer truck again! We will have Knife/Axe Throwing again! We will have the Shooting Range again! We will have the “new and improved” Adventure Poker Ride again with some great prizes! We will have the ever popular Raffle! There will be great meals (as always) and some new and exciting activities! You will not want to miss this Retreat!

New Packages for 2018:

Glamping Tents – These beautifully furnished big tents sleep up to eight (8) people in beds! You can enjoy having your own space, a small lit courtyard and the “feel” of camping and still be just a short walk away from Doc’s Bar and your horse! This is a great deal for a larger family or group of friends!

PACKAGE PRICES FOR 2018:

Single Space: $375 per person (Shared room with twin or bunk beds)

Couple Space: $750 per couple (Sleeps 2 in one room. We have 4 Couple Spaces available)

“Glamping” Space: $1500 (Rate for up to 8 people in bunk beds. We have 2 Glamping Tents available)

Family Space: $1000 (Sleeps 4 in a HOUSE with King bed and space for air mattress or cots OR DOC’S QUARTERS with Queen bed and 2 bunks. We have 4 Family Spaces available)

RV Space: $325 for the first person; $150.00 each additional person (We have 1 RV Spaces available as of 07/25/2017)

Once the RV, Glamping and Family Packages are taken they will be removed from the Available Options. This means you SHOULD NOT WAIT to reserve your space!

DEPOSITS: You can make your $100 deposit via PayPal. Please indicate if you are a past event attendee or a G.S.H.C Member Then go to the o2blaurie@gmail.com account on PayPal and use the Send Money to Friends/Family option (if you don’t YOU will pay all the administration fees). Once we get your deposit we will EMAIL you your registration packet. You will need to fill out the packet and EMAIL it back to us. If you have questions please email us at 2018EQRetreat@gmail.com.

REFUNDS: 100% of your deposit will be refunded back for any spaced canceled by March 1st, 2018. A 50% refund will be available for any spaced canceled no later than April 1st, 2018. No refunds will be available after April 1st, 2018. Refund requests must be IN WRITING and received by the deadlines noted above.

HORSE RENTAL: Yes, rental horses will be available for the weekend. Availability will be determined as we get closer to the event. Cost will be $150.00 for the weekend.
